Do you know how to make Korean Bulgogi? You do, do you? Never mind, come to our inaugural cooking club event anyway! It’s really just a ploy to get you to come over and hang out and for us to talk in a relaxed atmosphere anyway! Hyon O’Brien and Sue Trone are working together to demonstrate the cooking of Korean Bulgogi—a delicious food from Hyon’s homeland. Everyone who comes is asked to please bring some covered dish. There will be plenty of Bulgogi and rice to feed everyone, but we need to round out the meal with sides, salad, dessert.

You are also asked to prepare a question in writing in advance. Each person will deposit his or her question in a bowl. During the course of the event, everyone will take one question and share his or her answer to the question he or she withdraws. We will have extra questions preparedundefinedeveryone gets to play! The point of this is really to have a chance to get to know each other a bit better than our typical events allow us. Your question can be goofy, serious, playful, or sardonic: just understand that whomever answers your question has the right to answer in any tone he or she chooses!
